Super Mind Power Practice

If we can learn, we can grow meaning our brains are capable of learning new things up to old age.

Our brain is capable of so many things. Use your brain or lose it - that's the common saying.

Engage in regular mental workouts. It also helps to strategize your thinking by concentrating on all your daily activities and focusing on your awareness of things and thoughts.

Overworking can damage some brain cells. If you overwork, just take a short break - simple breathing exercise or just take a short nap, maybe even go for a stroll. You body will relax and recharge itself.

Well, nourish your brain well with good nutrients and sufficient water quantity, proper moderate exercise and sufficient rest. Control your tempers and moods for optimal brain power.

Stimulate your brain with thought provocative activities such as solving puzzles, reading, memory games or even meditate to enhance your brain power. Meditating has been shown to alter consciousness, simply put, altering negative thoughts to positive thoughts. People with psychiatric problems though have to check with professionals on whether they can meditate due to certain negative thoughts surfacing when they meditate which may cause them some anxiety and they may not be able to endure without the guidance of therapists. Most normal and healthy individuals do not need to worry. But it is good to get proper advice from qualified meditators on how best to meditate. Many Buddhist temples offer free meditation courses or at a small registration fee and is usually taught by skilled meditating monks.

Remember try your best and forget the rest! That’s my way of relaxing and developing myself mentally.
